Hosted at Dubai Exhibition Centre, the food expo provided the global food community with an opportunity to connect and discuss business opportunities under one roof. Energy across the major food exhibition in Dubai reflected stronger partnerships and developing food products with a purpose.
We welcomed visitors at our booth: N2-A136, located in North Hall 2 (26–30 January 2026) for meaningful interactions. Throughout our five-day industry showcase, buyers, retailers, and industry leaders came together to explore how Himalayan sourcing meets advanced food innovation. At the international food exhibition, the visitors and buyers explored our most popular ready-to-eat curry options, like dal makhani ready-to-eat, RTE rajma, RTE shahi paneer, and more. All of these meal options are suitable for households, food services, and institutional kitchens. In addition to the ready-to-eat product lines, there was also a substantial amount of interest in bulk-ready-to-eat meals that can be produced on a larger scale.
In addition to those, we have everything from time-saving solutions for easy cooking meals to RTE meal kits for modern consumption habits. We also found several consumers were interested in our signature products, including our restaurant-style rogan josh and versatile curry pack options. Many of the conversations that we had with customers were about options to buy meals ready-to-eat and how to buy curry online through our RTE section.
Technology, Packaging, and What’s Next
At Dubai Food Expo, we discussed food innovations for existing and future food preferences. Based on that, we have developed our new range of preservative-free, jaggery-based dips and sauces. The majority of people would find these to be attractive as it aligns with health-conscious consumers’ clean-label demand. The most common retail format, like a standard tomato ketchup bottle design, adds retail appeal. This makes our new ketchup and sauces comparable to some of the world’s best ketchup brands.
Our upcoming new product launches, along with instant meals, further showcase our commitment to agri-food tech advancement and food innovation.
